How much does personal training cost?

Most clients train with us one to two times a week, and personal training packages start from £300 to £500 a month depending on frequency and location. For people with more complex goals or demanding lifestyles who want a fully tailored experience, we also offer Signature, our most comprehensive package, built entirely around your training, nutrition, and lifestyle with nothing left to figure out on your own. Signature starts from £1,200 a month.

Do I need to be based in Surrey to work with Nirvu?

Most of our in-person clients are based in Surrey, UK, with some coming from South-West London too. Sessions run for an hour and are supported by personalised access to the Nirvu coaching app between visits. If you're further afield, anywhere in the UK, or even internationally, you can still gain full access to a Nirvu coach through our online coaching, fully supported through the app, so you don't need to be local to work with us.

Do you work with complete beginners, or do I need to already be fit?

Our clients are often busy people: professionals under pressure to perform at the top of their field, parents who want the best for their family, and people over sixty looking ahead to retirement and wanting to stay strong for whatever comes next. Our coaching style is built around you psychologically, so training never feels like one more thing on your to-do list, it becomes one of the best parts of your day. You'll gain real understanding and motivation along the way, and you'll see results fast.

What happens when I first start with Nirvu? Is there an assessment before proper training begins?

It depends on where you're starting from. If you've trained before and feel confident, your first proper session doubles as that initial conversation, we use it to see what you can do, what you find difficult, and how your body actually moves, so we can calibrate your programme from day one. It's never a hard session, it's designed to sit comfortably within your limits while giving you a real taste of what personal training with Nirvu feels like. If you're more nervous about starting, or you've got questions first, we'll talk it through over the phone before you sign up, so you can begin at a pace that feels right for you. For many people, Calibrate is the natural starting point, it's not built for absolute beginners, but for anyone new to training with us, and it's designed to recalibrate your body, your mind, and your understanding of what real health and performance actually takes.

Is there a minimum commitment, or a cancellation policy I should know about?

There's no minimum commitment on personal training packages. Most clients end up staying with us for anywhere from four months to a year, and some have trained with us for two to ten years, but no one starts out planning that far ahead. You'll usually come to us with a specific goal, and our job is to help you reach it, often faster than you expected. It's that early success that keeps people with us long term, not a contract. Your programme gets adjusted as your life and goals change, because no one's life stays the same, so your training shouldn't either.

If I'm not seeing results, is there any kind of guarantee?

Yes. Train with us for 14 days, and if you don't see real progress, you get a full refund, no debate. The plan is built around the time you have available, not hours you don't, and you're never handed off to an automated app, you'll gain direct access to your coach the whole way through. Fourteen days is enough to know if this is right for you. Beyond that, every plan starts with a proper conversation to understand your goals and set clear, realistic expectations for what we believe we can help you achieve, then we build a plan designed to keep you accountable and moving forward.

What makes Nirvu different from a normal gym or a generic online PT app?

Gyms are built around equipment, not people. Nirvu is built around you. We're not a gym space, we're a coaching framework that comes to you, whether that's your home, your office, a local park, or wherever you happen to be. If you've got a home gym, we train you in it. If you want to train with weights or without, your programme adapts either way. Our online coaching works the same way: use a gym if you have access to one, or train with just your bodyweight from home, on the beach, or wherever you are, even on holiday. Every plan is also backed by thorough nutritional support built around your specific goals, so your training and nutrition work together instead of separately.

How quickly will I start seeing results?

It depends on your goal, but the first wins usually come fast. Within the first week, aligning good nutrition with the right training and an improved daily routine typically brings a noticeable lift in energy, better sleep (heavy snorers often find it eases too), a clearer and more focused mind, and a real sense of control and calm in the body. Longer-term changes, like weight loss, muscle gain, or visibly toning up, depend on where you're starting from, but most clients see significant progress within six to eight weeks and beyond.
